AMD EPYC 7313 is a 16-core, 32-thread processor (Simultaneous Multithreading) for single- and dual-socket SP3 server systems. It runs at a 3000 MHz base frequency with Turbo Core up to 3700 MHz, has 128 MB of L3 cache and a 180 W TDP, is built on a 7 nm process and needs no chipset (SoC design).

The processor supports eight channels of DDR4 memory from 2133 to 3200 MHz up to 4096 GB with ECC, provides 128 PCI Express 4.0 lanes and uses the Infinity Fabric interconnect. AMD64, AES, AVX / AVX 2.0, SSE4a, NX bit and hardware virtualization are supported. There is no integrated graphics; the part ships as Tray.
