HPE 2.5′ Caddy for DL380 G10 is a genuine HPE Smart Carrier (SC) tray for hot-swap 2.5-inch drives in ProLiant Gen10 servers. It accepts SAS, SATA and NVMe drives and has a latch button with a do-not-remove indicator plus light pipes for status and activity LEDs. A drive cannot be seated in a DL380 Gen10 cage without this tray, so caddies are needed when adding drives to empty bays or fitting third-party drives.
Compatible with ProLiant DL325, DL360, DL380, DL560, DL580 and ML350 Gen10. Gen10 Plus and Gen11 use the Basic Carrier (BC) tray, which is not interchangeable with SC. Tray part number 727695-001.
